Field Operator – Predator Control – Taupō

Are you at home in the bush, on the farm, or navigating rugged NZ terrain? We’re on the lookout for physically fit, safety-focused outdoor people who want a rewarding, full-time career protecting New Zealand’s biodiversity.

At Epro, you’ll be part of a passionate team working in some of the country’s most scenic and important locations — helping control introduced predators and supporting TB eradication to protect both our environment and farming communities.

🔹 What you’ll be doing:

• Predator control including trapping, baiting, hunting, surveying & monitoring

• Working with possums, rats, stoats, feral cats, rabbits & ferrets

• Travelling by foot, motorbike & 4WD through challenging terrain

• Occasional short periods away from Taupō (camping/travel)

🔹 This role is for you if you:

• Are physically fit and confident in NZ bush environments

• Have outdoor experience (farming, forestry, hunting, tramping, climbing etc.)

• Can work independently or in small teams

• Care deeply about conservation and safety

• Are keen to grow a long-term career in the industry

📍 Full-time | Based in Taupō

Tender & Contracts Manager – Taupō

Our work spans aerial and ground-based operations, specialist advisory, research and industry development — all with one goal: doing things better, for people and for the environment.

We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially savvy Tender & Contracts Manager to join our Taupō-based team.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our business. You’ll lead Epro’s tendering and contracting processes end-to-end — coordinating complex bids, producing high-quality submissions, managing commercial accuracy, and ensuring smooth contract delivery once work is secured. You’ll work closely with our directors, leadership team and technical specialists, helping shape strategy, systems and future growth.

This role is for you if you:

• Thrive on juggling complex projects and tight deadlines

• Love structure, accuracy and polished documentation

• Are a strong writer with persuasive communication skills

• Have experience in tendering, contracts or project-based roles

• Enjoy bringing people together to deliver exceptional results
